When you think about “being intentional with your mind” how does this connect to your personal narrative? The stories that play in your head, the ones you keep repeating, the storyline of you playing a trailer to explain yourself to others way too much.
You have the power to tell your mind and others who question “your role”, "Look this is who I am. This is who I'm not. This is what I'm capable of. This is what I’ve done, and THIS IS WHERE I’M GOING! This is my individual script, my identity and I am in control of who I to stay and watch or have a supporting role, I directing rights, executive producer credits, I have the power over my enemy’s and *inner me’s* and any intermission that does not serve purpose in my story.”
You have control and it’s my hope that you have a desire to maintain control of your script, your mind intentionally, especially during these trying times. You have options, you are in control.
Every little thing regarding you, what you habitually consider, what you talk about, what you engage in internally and externally circulate from your mindful intention. Did you know that studies have shown that it's less complicated for individuals to perform physically more than the strength needed for them to show up and perform emotionally? Don’t be a statistic, challenge and overcome your mind.
When you utilize the power over your mind you can start changing your reality, this change of flow has the power to affect individuals and things around you. When you transform your mind intentionally, you have the power to transform your life.
